A full day of arty talk. Day 3

Hello again. Spent all day at La Salle today giving and receiving artist talk! Very fulfilling and extremely interesting to see the concerns and interests of all involved. Brief run down of some of the areas under exploration are:

• Re imagining and playing in the Urban Environment
  
• Materiality without conceptualization
  
• Defining Deviance
• Art as T'art (needs further explanation I know but I'm going to leave you hanging)
• Erasing the past
• The spectator as site
  

All this contained within a smorgasbord of contemporary and traditional forms and techniques. Now all we have to do is put in a draft proposal of our ideas for the Tropical Lab exhibition and of course execute those ideas in the following days. Each day just gets better and better. Great!!!!

Komal and myself are very impressed with La Salle, fantastic buildings and facilities and the staff are dedicated and approachable, we are so enjoying Singapore, I'm thinking I may stow away in a corner of a studio and stay for a long, long time :-D
